The app is tied to your mobile phone number via the chat client. This means that it is just for you. This also means that any messages are completely private and not visible to any other persons.
We believe that there is space for both. Normal coaching is great but is restricted to the availability of both individuals. With our app you can engage in discussions whenever you like. Sessions could just be a minute or two or they could be longer. In most cases they will be shorter and more time efficient than a normal session.
Typically it is best to purchase the option that most closely links with your role. We have trained and tuned the responses to suit the different roles offered.
